SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

We make every effort to accurately display product information. However, product images are for illustration purposes only, and actual appearance, packaging, or specifications may vary due to manufacturer updates or screen differences.
All product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. CLASSIC ELECTRONICS reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation (or order confirmation in case of Cash on Delivery).
Order cancellations may not be possible once processing has started. Any changes or cancellations are subject to approval.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS & TAXES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown do not include delivery charges, taxes, or duties unless stated. We may offer promotions from time to time, governed by separate terms.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refusal or non-acceptance at delivery may result in future order restrictions.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier.
SECTION 6 – REFUNDS, RETURNS & WARRANTY (IMPORTANT)
Please read carefully before purchasing:
• NO REFUND OR RETURN ONCE THE SEAL IS OPENED. Opened, used, or installed devices are not eligible for refund or return.
• Warranty becomes VOID if the device/electronic item is opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than an authorized service center.
• Physical damage, burn marks, voltage damage, water damage, misuse, or mishandling are not covered under warranty.
• Software issues, configuration problems, compatibility issues, or third‑party software are not covered under warranty.
• Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with original packaging and accessories. All DOA claims are subject to inspection and approval.
• Installation, configuration, and service charges are non-refundable.
SECTION 7 – INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Installation and configuration services are provided separately unless explicitly included. We do not support custom, outdated, or unofficial software. Support is limited to manufacturer-supported configurations.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of CLASSIC ELECTRONICS or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or websites.
