Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

At CLASSIC ELECTRONICS, we deal in electronic, networking, security, and biometric products. Due to the nature of these products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. NO REFUND / NO RETURN ON OPENED ITEMS

Once the product seal is opened, no refund or return will be offered.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for any consideration.
• Used, installed, configured, or activated products are strictly non-refundable.


2. WARRANTY TERMS

Warranty becomes VOID if the device or electronics are opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than an authorized service center.
• Physical damage, burn marks, power surge damage, water damage, mishandling, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
• Warranty does not cover software issues, configuration problems, compatibility issues, viruses, or third-party applications.
• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and manufacturer or distributor approval.


3. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY

• If a product is dead on arrival, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be returned with original box, accessories, and invoice.
• DOA approval is subject to physical inspection and testing.
• After the DOA window, standard warranty terms will apply.


4. SERVICE, INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

• Installation, configuration, and on-site services are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
• We do not provide support for custom, outdated, or unofficial software.


5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

• For COD orders, refusal or non-acceptance at the time of delivery may result in order restrictions or blacklisting for future purchases.
• Please ensure availability before placing a COD order.


6. SHIPPING & DAMAGE CLAIMS

• Customers must inspect packages at the time of delivery.
• Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier and to CLASSIC ELECTRONICS.
• Claims reported after delivery acceptance may not be entertained.


7. REFUND METHOD

• If a refund is approved (only for eligible cases), it will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.
• Shipping, handling, and service charges are non-refundable.


8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility before purchase.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Warranty Policy.


9. RIGHT TO REFUSE

• CLASSIC ELECTRONICS reserves the right to refuse any refund, return, or warranty claim that does not meet the above conditions.


10. POLICY UPDATES

• This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• The policy applicable at the time of purchase will apply.
